Slow charging from grid

im on OIG and charge my 4*5.12 Sunsink batteries during my cheap period. Unfortunately the most I am able to get the batteries to accept is just over 2.4KW cross the 4 which unfortunately isn’t enough to get them back to 100% charge which is causing me issues balancing the batteries. Does anyone know the recommended settings I need to adjust in my Sunsynk inverter. In the batteries section I have set 400AH as the capacity with a 60A charge setting and in system mode I have also set the grid charge setting to 60A with maximum rate at 4750W. My system was working fine with 2 batteries but I don’t believe it has correctly worked with the 4 even though it was adjusted to take account of them. Can anyone advise what settings control the grid charge rate so I can get nearer 4KW into the batteries, than the 2.4KW I’m getting. Thanks in advance

Just hit the same problem only getting about 3kW with Sunsync 5.3L batteries x 4 after it ran with one battery temporarily

Checked all the obvious bits - temperatures are ok, correct cabling, fuses and bus bars. Actual limit on the inverter battery section is 140A (yes I know it can higher still). BMS shows 4 batteries and they all show up in the BMS page correctly but the BMS is reporting back 66A charge, 100A discharge or thereabouts as if it thinks there's only one battery or they are in series.

Restarted the inverter entirely. There's a reference in one doc to rebooting the batteries but there's nothing in any of the 5.3L docs about how to do so.
