No response from support@Sunsynk re data disappearing.
My first post is a complaint.
I wrote to Support re data that i wanted removed, which was distorted during setup, reporting that 2 random days data for Load and Grid had disappeared on the overview screen and some other suggestions based on my early first use experience.
I was asked for my Inverters serial number, which i duly supplied.
7 prompts later with more random days data missing and i have not heard a word back. No acknowledgement of my emails, no feedback no nothing!
Is there sombody out there Keith? Joel?
