Datalogger / Gateway failing to unbind
I have this datalogger that I failed to configure.
The gateway is showing that it's offline
The SunSynk Application was showing a Grid Tied plant instead of a self consumption plant when I tried to configure it few times.
Right now the datalogger seem to be offline and failing to unbind
How do I resolve that challenge?

Does it say you do not enough permissions?
Are you using a proper WiFi router of a wirless 4G portable router
