I would like to see a phase to phase voltage measurement option on the Equipment Custom parameter selection.
The Reason is there is no notification for Grid Phase Wrong Error Code 3.
In my case the City cables were stolen and the council replaced the cables with two different outcomes on two different occasions.
First time they swapped phases, this caused Grid Phase Wrong Error 3. (Swapping Local Phases resolved the issue)
Second time they bridged two phases, this caused Grid Phase Wrong Error 3. (No Resolution possible from Client Side)
Both times the V-Grid-L1, V-Grid-L2, V-Grid-L3 shows "normal" 230v but the Grid is disconnected and can't charge batteries.
So from a remote Perspective there is no way to know there is a problem until the battery is being discharged beyond normal levels and you look into the Event Table to see the error. (no notification is sent to the App Android Notifications Area) You can see the Grid Load is zero (or more accurately the set Grid Trickle Feed Setting) but otherwise the plant appears normal from the dashboard. Of course the Inverter is beeping and showing error but if the client is not there to hear it, it is as if it is not happening.
Sunsynk does not monitor this forum very frequently (if at all). I suggest you email them directly or, even better, phone in a request. It sounds like you have discovered an important issue.
