This Halloween, we're shining a spotlight on something scarily powerful.
Meet the Sunsynk Innagator, a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) designed to bring serious energy storage capacity to commercial and industrial applications.
With 1MWh of battery storage and 400kW of power, the Innagator brings battery storage, power conversion and energy management technology together in one integrated system.

Scarily good energy storage
Commercial and industrial sites can have demanding and often changing energy requirements. Battery energy storage provides businesses with another way to manage that demand, store energy and make better use of on-site renewable generation. The Innagator has been developed with these larger energy requirements in mind.
Its integrated design combines Energy Management System (EMS) and Power Conversion System (PCS) technology alongside a Battery Management System (BMS), battery auxiliary power supply and emergency stop functionality. In other words, there's a lot packed inside.
More than just a battery
A large-scale Battery Energy Storage System isn't simply about how much electricity it can store. How that energy is controlled and used is just as important. By combining energy storage with integrated power conversion and energy management technology, the Innagator can form part of a wider commercial energy system. For sites incorporating commercial solar PV, battery storage can capture surplus generation for use at another time. Depending on the way the system is designed and operated, stored energy can also help businesses manage periods of higher demand and reduce their reliance on grid electricity.

Built for bigger energy demands
From manufacturing and agriculture to warehouses and other energy-intensive sites, no two commercial projects look exactly the same. That's why the Innagator is available in multiple sizes, giving system designers greater flexibility when matching battery storage to the requirements of a particular project.
So, while Halloween gave us the perfect excuse to call the Innagator scarily powerful, there's some serious energy storage technology behind the name.
