Re: The Mini Beast's Endless Possibilities
Looking at this blog post: https://www.sunsynk.org/post/3-6kw-hybrid-ecco-inverter-the-mini-beast-s-endless-possibilities
And that's not all! We've also ensured that the 3.6kW Hybrid Ecco Inverter seamlessly integrates with an off-grid uninterrupted power supply (UPS). What's the magic trick? This inverter allows simultaneous output to the grid and the load. Effectively, you're doubling the inverter's output capability to a formidable 7.2kW. Also, did you know that these inverters play well with wind turbines too? You can now harness both wind and solar energy with just one versatile inverter.
Are you sure about that? I'd love it if this was how it worked but I just put a 3kw load on the "UPS/essitials" side of my Ecco, the inverter maxed out at 3.6kw and the rest came from the grid.
The diagrams published show the AC side (AUX, Essentials Loads and Grid) all connects back to the same 3.6kw inverter and are controlled by relays. So 7.2kw across grid and load would be impossible. If I have miss understood this I'd love to know the settings needed to achieve it!
The 7kw output number is only achievable if you combine the DC battery charging with the AC load.

I have this same inverter and I think it’s just miss typed information from sunsynk. Yes you can draw up to 7.2kw from your array ( assuming you have an array that size )…but only when the battery is charging at 3.6 and the house is demanding 3.6. Probably not proof read
